AUTO RE-FUELING! Empty AUTO RE-FUELING!

Thanks to some of the guys on opendayz.org I was able to initiate refueling! The way this works (tested) is you pull up within 25m of a fuel pump, and while in the vehicle you should be able to scroll and get an option to 'start refuel' or something like that. Let me know if you have ANY issues at all!
